'Free Movie Ticket for 365 Days' Lucky Draw Registration (Registration deadline already passed, thank you for the participation!)
To support the government’s Early Vaccination for All campaign, HK Theatres Association Ltd ("HKTA") is offering 5 sets of annual movie vouchers packages (each set includes 365 movie vouchers and usage will subject to relevant terms) will be given out for lucky draw! Eligible participants please fill out the google form to register and submit the application, before registration, eligible participants please refer to the terms and conditions of this lucky draw first.
Qualifications*：
Shall have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccines under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government on or before 30 September 2021. Or, for persons previously infected with COVID-19, they will be eligible after having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccines with the same conditions.
Valid Hong Kong Identity Card holders
Registration Period：
The lucky draw will open for registration at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on August 15, 2021, and will end at 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on September 15, 2021.
Prizes：
Each lucky draw winner will receive 365 movie vouchers (used on designated date, the maximum value of each set is approximately HK$50,000)

Five
Each movie voucher can be redeemed:
A 2D regular-priced movie ticket can be redeemed at the box office of all theatres in Hong Kong (excluding VIP houses and usage is subject to relevant terms)
Date of Lucky Draw:
4th October 2021
Result Announce Date：
The Winners will be announced on the HKTA website and mobile app on 4 October 2021(winners will be notified via mobile and SMS), and will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 8 October 2021.
Information about COVID-19 vaccines can be found on the Government's website at www.covidvaccine.gov.hk. Interested participants are advised to seek medical advice before vaccination, and make vaccination appointments through the Government’s booking system.
