Latest Cinema Regulations

According to the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) and the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (Cap. 599G), cinema and cinema audience have to comply with the following regulations, effective from 14 Dec 2022 till 28 Dec 2022, details are as follow:

1. Temperature check, wear mask (except eating or drinking) and use hand sanitizer

2. Not higher than 85% seating capacity and not more than 12 consecutive seats in the same row

3. Eating or drinking are allowed inside cinema houses

4. Cinema will conduct cleaning and disinfection of each house after each screening

5. Scan the vaccine QR code via "Vaccine Pass" verification scanner when enter the cinema premises
